John Klichan has been in the real estate industry for eighteen years.  His achievements include an extensive educational background, residential income property management and investment and nearly 300 Million Dollars in residential sales over the past twelve years.

John is a graduate of the University of Southern California.  At U.S.C., he studied Real Estate and Finance through The School of Business.  He has completed courses through the Institute of Residential Marketing along with variety of business, marketing and investment courses.  His focused background makes him the complete real estate professional.  For the ultimate benefit of his clients, John continues to develop his expertise by consistenly attending seminars and workshops.

John has earned numerous awards for top sales performance.  His residential sales experience encompasses an impressive number of transactions.  From affluent areas in Los Angeles County to such prestigious communities as Coto de Caza and Newport Coast, John has successfully represented sophisticated Sellers, Buyers, and Homebuilders.  His responsibilities have included marketing and sales of singe family homes to entire sub-divisions.  John recently represented and sold 70 upscale attached homes in Newport Coast worth over 30 Million Dollars, 67 estate homes valued at over 85 Million Dollars and 23 semi-custom homes worth 30 Million Dollars.
